Al Hawaj, in conjunction with CrediMax, has launched its fourth Beauty Week, starting today and running until December 6, with makeovers from brand experts, gifts with purchases, discounts and a chance to win cash prizes.

With every BD40 purchased at one of the 10 Al Hawaj locations customers will receive a BD10 gift voucher and an entry into a raffle draw. The grand prize is $7,500, second prize $5,000 and the third $2,500. Customers paying with a CrediMax card will be offered double the chance to win.

Prizes include Samsung LEDs, refrigerators, home-theatre systems, digital cameras, watches and perfume sets. The raffle will be held on December 8 at Al Hawaj in City Centre Bahrain at 11am.

One of the planned beauty events will feature Italian brand Pupa showing its 3D make-up technique for the lips, eyes and finger nails. Pupa’s brand manager, Nadia Belly, said the colour-enhancing, head-turning popular style for home application will be displayed on Nov 27 at Al Hawaj’s Seef location from 4pm-7pm and at its Al A’ali store the following day from 4pm-7pm.

Bring your friends for tea and you will receive a gift for attending, she added.
 
Max Factor brand manager, Jennie Cadelinia, says the make-up giant is celebrating its 100th anniversary and will be staging three special activities throughout the week. For example, a ‘Power of Make-up’ class will teach customers how to enhance their natural beauty and a ‘Glitz and Glamour’ session will help women to feel ‘adored and confident’ with ‘amazing beauty techniques’.
