This is the most common question I get: should I take vitamin supplements? The short answer is yes. BUT first you have to get a good-quality brand that is not just selling you gimmicks.  Always google the brands you have available in your country and make sure they give you quality nutrients.

In an ideal world, we would get all the nutrients we need from our food. However, we do not have ideal lives. We are stressed most of the time which uses up nutrients at a higher speed, and the quality of our food today is not optimal especially with crops being sprayed and genetically modified.

A good quality multivitamin can top up what you get on a daily basis and can act as a good complement to a healthy diet.
