Father and son Ross and Justin Clewley, pictured right, won the fourth competition of the current Coca-Cola Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club (RGC) while another father and son, Navid and Taimur Malik, came second on count back after both pairs achieved scores of 31 points.
This was the second consecutive win for the Clewleys and puts them at the top of the series leader board with just two more competitions to go.
There was also a battle for third place in the Team Alliance competition after three pairings each achieved scores of 28 points. Ashley Price and playing partner Steve Middleton finally clinched it on count back, putting them in second place overall in the order of merit.
Nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 were won by Saud Al Sharif and David Wales respectively.
