Property management company Impact Estate and Bahrain-based developer Zahed Modern Properties recently unveiled a new development, Modern Residence – 2.

This is Zahed Modern Properties’ second project. The first residential building, Modern Residence -1, was successfully launched in 2014 and sold out in a matter of weeks.
