One of the
most common questions I get is: I don’t know what to eat for a snack after lunch at the office.
Olives make a great snack option because they are first of all delicious and salty. They are
filling. And, they have a lot of benefits, especially essential oils and vitamin E.
These oils feed the brain and keep cravings at bay.
Of course too many olives will make you gain weight, but if you take a handful of olives a day
(black or green makes no difference), you’ll get a great snack and you’ll stay satisfied for a lot
longer.
I suggest keeping some olives in your office fridge for hungry afternoons and pick on a few when
you have the munchies or when your energy dips. Healthy snacks couldn’t be easier.
