No more bad hair days

Bad hair days happen, but I was actually having a full month of it. The low lights I had introduced at another salon ended up looking muddled, unnatural and dull, writes Camille Jones.

Fortunately, during my last visit to Endless Salon & Spa, the assistant salon manager and lead hair stylist, Fouzia Mali, noticed and told me that she could fix it easily.

She used an ‘Efassor’ hair colour remover product from L’Oreal, toned with the correct toner and put ‘clear’ product for the shine and moisturising effect. It turned out perfect.

To be honest I was skeptical during the colour correction but she waved her magic wand and it ended up looking bright, shiny and natural.

I was really impressed and very happy with the result. What is important to note about this whole experience is that I was ready to settle for the ‘bad hair colour’ instead of asking a professional who clearly had some tricks up her sleeve.

Much to my surprise she made it look a hundred times better. I left with a bouncy curl ‘blow-dry’ style and refreshed look. The salon offers a variety of special hair treatments that are there to heal, as in my head case, and help.
