Property advisor Nadia Shaheen and London developers, The Berkeley Group, hosted a ‘meet and greet’ to introduce potential investors to an assortment of projects in the UK.
The event, staged at the Capital Club Bahrain, showcased affordable apartments such as Kennet Island which is located in short proximity from Reading Town, to luxury London properties such as Kensington Row and 375 Kensington High Street. These two projects are located in prime spots including Chelsea and London Borough of Kensington.
The properties were announced by Mrs Shaheen and The Berkeley Groups’ business development executive, Fahd Abu Aisha, who also discussed how deals can be tactically structured for investments and the benefits this has for long-term capital growth.
