Gulf Weekly Training workshop keeps team on top

Hyundai dealers First Motors recently hosted a global integrated forum training (GIFT) workshop for 19 members of the front desk, sales department, service advisor team and customer relationship management department, at its showroom.

The event was organised by Hyundai MENA and conducted by the Middle East & North Africa dealer developments manager, Ramy Ahmed.

Topics covered included new sales processes, new dealer experiences, brand and strategy plans and underscoring the importance of brand awareness.

Trainees also participated in a number of practical sessions as well where they were given an opportunity to witness the theories being applied first-hand.
