A lot of golfers struggle to get out of the bunker due to poor set-up and technique. Make sure you shuffle your feet into the sand and open the clubface to create more loft.

Due to opening the clubface the leading edge will now be pointing right of your intended target, aim your body left of the target and swing the club across your body, which will create an out-to-in swing path in relation to your ball to target line.

This will now help the ball finish on target. A full swing is needed for this particular shot, make sure to catch the sand before the ball as this will help with a centered strike.
