ArtBAB, Bahrain’s international art event Art Bahrain Across Borders by Art Select, will be back from March 7 to 10 to enthrall art lovers with world-class Bahraini art, as well as a global perspective on what is moving artists and collectors around the world.
The fair’s fourth edition will be held at the Bahrain Exhibitions & Convention Centre featuring the first-ever virtual reality corner that allows guests to explore private museums around the Middle East.
There will also be a diverse Speakers Programme organised in collaboration with UNFOLD Art XChange/Artem Holdings to bring together art foundations, cultural districts and museums with FinTech, block-chain, AI and VR specialists.
The programme will also discuss topics around arts philanthropy and arts patronage to empower cultural development in the Arab world and the growth of cultural and educational districts in building a creative economy. There will also be an artisanal crafts section as well as several art displays.
The annual art event will be held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeekha bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa, wife of the King of Bahrain.
