The 29-storey, award-winning Seef Terraces is attracting a growing number of property seekers keen to buy into the Bahrain dream with its range of spacious apartments surrounded by state-of-the-art facilities.

The freehold project, developed by Dadabhai Group, is situated across from City Centre Bahrain and was completed last December. The BD18m eco-friendly building comprises of 173 studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with large private terraces and was even designed to be earthquake resistant.

The family-friendly tower also includes a leisure and recreational deck with tennis and squash courts, a BBQ area, a jogging track, a cinema, a multi-purpose hall, an indoor basketball court, a billiards room, table tennis and a large outdoor landscaped play area for children.

There are also separate spa and gym amenities for men and women, including steam, sauna and Jacuzzi rooms. Other highlights include a rooftop infinity pool, four floors of parking, with 185 spaces for tenants, and a fully secure tower equipped with 24/7 CCTV security, access control entry-exit and a double height air-conditioned lobby with exquisite finishes.

The apartment handovers began in March 18, four months ahead of schedule, and only last week GulfWeekly revealed how the group was now transferring title-deeds onto homeowners.

“We are glad to announce the receipt of all apartment title-deeds from the Survey and Land Registration Bureau for the Seef Terraces project and have commenced their transfer to the owners,” said Shabeer Dadabhai, the group’s managing director, above.

Project sales agents, Pegasus Real Estate, says the availability and immediate transfer of the title deeds has encouraged even more prospective buyers to step forward.

“The title-deed registration is an important step towards aiding foreign buyers looking to apply for residency under the property investment scheme in the kingdom,” added Shabeer. “The availability of the title deeds also assists all prospective buyers looking to apply for bank home loans from participating banks towards fulfilling their dream of owning a home in this iconic development.”

Bahraini citizens looking to make Seef Terraces their new home can apply for a loan through the Ministry of Housing’s Al Mazaya scheme on the basis of immediate registration of the apartments and transfer of title deed.

More than 70 per cent of the apartments have already been snapped up with buyers representing 19 different nationalities.

The developer has also entered into a partnership with Khaleeji Commercial Bank to offer mortgage facilities. Prices start at BD63,500 for a 64sqm studio apartment and the 181.8sqm three-bedroom apartment starts at BD165,000.
