“This will be my first time living and working in the Middle East with an exciting opportunity. I recognize the very high level on expectations in services we provide in our industry. When you work in the luxury industry the setting may change but the level of service and expectations must always be at the top of its game. One of values is to be adaptable and opportunities comes to people who accept new ideas, a new way of life and explore different cultures. It makes us richer, wiser and have the chance to grow personally and collectively.

“In hospitality and even more so in luxury my strong belief is that everything is about detail and providing unparalleled service to our guests. I believe I always had this commitment, and this is one of the reasons I am so passionate about our industry. Connecting and caring about our guests is the priority to build loyalty to a brand and the destination.”

Major enhancements will transform the property into an exclusive oasis for the well-travelled, promising guests hand-crafted personalised experiences, with a focus on health and well-being, thoughtful and discreet service, unparalleled culinary expertise and an ambiance of timeless elegance for which the Raffles brand is globally renowned.
