American aerosol artists Mast, Asend and Chino, along with a group of Bahraini creatives who took part in a weeklong programme, created colourful murals to commemorate Bahrain National Day.
The programme was provided by American initiative Next Level to promote understanding and tolerance as well as support the professional development of artists in local communities.
The murals were unveiled in the presence of secretary-general of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Aymen Almoayed at the Muharraq Youth Model Centre.
The collaboration was brought forth by the US Embassy in Manama and the Youth Affairs Ministry, through the initiative of the US Department of State, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Meridian International Centre.
