As I ventured into Hilton Bahrain’s Origin Kitchen & Culture, I was immediately transported into a whimsical winter wonderland. The atmosphere was brimming with festive cheer, adorned with twinkling lights and an enchanting ambience that promised an unforgettable Friday brunch experience.

The setting was nothing short of magical - a picturesque backdrop that practically begged for Instagram moments, complete with a ring light ensuring that every snapshot captured the joyous occasion perfectly.

Speaking of the bountiful dishes available, manager of sales and marketing at GDN Jalal Jaffar expressed his delight: “Among the extravagant brunch offerings, there were some true standouts; the slow-cooked BBQ beef brisket and the striploin craving were definite showstoppers. Both had a tender allure, but the brisket was smoky perfection.”

The culinary journey didn’t stop there. The array of flavours continued with a selection of curries paired exquisitely with naan bread, followed by a sumptuous cheese and biscuit spread. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, there was a candy floss maker that created a playful touch, and an irresistible assortment of desserts. The unanimous favourite amongst our group was the decadent chocolate pudding creation.

To complement the feast for the senses, the entertainment was a delightful duo - a live band and DJ, adding a harmonious rhythm to the jovial atmosphere. It was a brunch not just for the taste buds but for the soul, a perfect setting for the entire family to revel in the joy of the season.
