Wednesday (April 1) L'atelier art lounge at the Country Mall in Budaiya will host a ladies morning with tea, coffee and snacks today from 9.30am to 12.30pm. Ladies can prepare their Easter basket. Rates are BD10 per head. Tomorrow evening from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, anyone can join the Easter basket painting session at the art lounge also at BD10 per head. L'atelier is an artists' studio where adults and children can choose to test their painting skills on glass, porcelain, wood or canvas. It is open daily from 10am to 10pm and until 11pm on Fridays. Paintings, sculptures and photographs by seven leading Bahraini artists and four resident German artists will be on display at this exhibition which has been created by artists who have been influenced by the orient and the occident.
