The Karavali Konkans Association-Bahrain will host the 'Gulf Voice of Mangalore' Konkani singing competition at The Palace Hotel's Falcon Auditorium in Adliya on September 30 at 8pm. The Sar Music Centre will open doors to music lovers soon after Eid starting with an 'exploring instruments' course allowing children to try out different instruments over 12 weeks. Registration is open for lessons in piano, violin, viola, cello, flute, saxophone, clarinet, guitar and drums alongside singing. Places are limited.
