Do you think working hours should be standardised for both Muslims and non-Muslims during Ramadan?

Some of the reasons are...
No

There is no harm in showing a little consideration to our fellow human beings and their beliefs. But it is essential for the management to take other staff into confidence so they do not feel discriminated against.
Busy offices need to meet deadlines and someone should be in the office during normal working hours in order to handle the urgent work.
Companies need coverage during normal working hours to deal with international clients. However, Bahrain being the tolerant society it is reputed to be, should instruct all companies and ministries to automatically respect other religious holidays and grant staff paid leave to enjoy ‘their time’.
If the ratio of non-Muslims is higher in an organisation why bring the company / countries economy stand still during Ramadan

Yes
All must be treated with the same standard, there should be no divisions.
Since companies do not expect compromise on work quality, then why compromise on the number of hours. Everyone should be treated equally.
If the government plans on closing all outlets till evening, bans eating and drinking in offices, it makes life that much more difficult for those who don’t drive or live far from the office and so can’t go home during lunch breaks.
