The Living Concepts, a franchise developing company based in Bahrain has been awarded the master franchise rights for US-based restaurant chain Fire of Brazil Inc. and will soon be introducing the gourmet delights to the people of Bahrain.

Signing took place between Abdul Wahid Kooheji, managing director of The Living Concepts and Brent Gilbertson, president of Fire of Brazil Inc.
The multi-million dollar deal entitles The Living Concept to expand the Fire of Brazil Churrascarias franchise to international markets excluding North America, South America and the Caribbean.
The renowned restaurant has gained a lot of popularity in the US particularly in Palm Beach, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee and the next stop is Seef Mall, Bahrain, with an expected opening this summer.
The restaurant’s unique concept offers a one-price menu for guests to select from 15 types of meats, then a gaucho comes around with swords of meat and you eat until you’re satisfied.
Popular items in the menu include Picanha – rumpsteak; Costela – tender juicy beef ribs; Filet Mignon – cut from the tenderloin and seasoned; Alcatra – cut from the top sirloin; Fraldinha – cut from the bottom sirloin; Cordiero – young leg of lamb sliced off the bone and served as chops; and Frango – an array of cuts including chicken legs and breasts wrapped in beef bacon.  It also has an extravagant salad bar, which is presented with the meal with twenty-five to thirty-five choices of hot and cold items in this area.
Management of The Living Concepts says it is proud to be granted the franchise rights and be chosen from over 100 applications. Other brands that the company owns franchise to are: Maya La Chocolaterie, Dash Coffee, Love Salad and Nrgize Juice Bars.
