YMCA Bahrain, which established the Bahrain Counsellors Forum last year, launched a three-week programme in English to train a new team of counsellors.
The programme is being held in association with the Baisan Institute of Hospitality Management. Indian Embassy Second Secretary R Raghunathan, who is also the head of labour and consular affairs at the embassy, opened the programme. Director and chief counsellor at Anugraha Counselling Centre, in Chungathara, Kerala, Reji Jacob, BIHM training and development head Dr John Panackel and BIHM academic head Atul Gokhale are the instructors.
