• Hed Kandi returns to BJ’s at the Al Bustan Hotel in Adliya, tonight with DJ Jim Breese after its major show, ‘BJ’s on the Beach over the F1 weekend. Jim was hand-picked for the Hed Kandi Residency in 2005 as a result of his trademark sets, a combination of edgy electronic tones and peak-time vocal tracks. He has helped mix Hed Kandi's 'Stereo Sushi' and 'Twisted Disco' digital download albums and has also co-compiled the renowned Nu Cool, Serve Chilled and Beach House collections. • Techfui featuring Paul Davis (Circulation, UK), gearing up for a night of groovy and deep-tech house at Likwid, at the City Centre Hotel in Manama. Circulation is a London-based artist label that has been releasing quality house music and has been crossing genres and dance-floors across the globe. • The second annual youth ice hockey tournament will be held at the Funland Centre in Manama from 8am to 4pm. Prizes will be given for proficiency in speed skating, shooting and goaltending skills.
