Bahrainis Husain J Mahdi and Bassam H A Qambar graduated with top honours from the United States Sports Academy, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary.
Mahdi, a physical education teacher at the University of Bahrain, was also named Student of the Year after being the only doctoral student to graduate with Highest Honours, which signifies a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA).
