Start your day with a five minute stretch to get your circulation going and energise and motivate yourself for the day ahead.

Begin before you even get out of bed by lying on your back and stretching your hands above your head, pointing your toes and having a long, luxurious stretch.
Next, sit on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor, shoulders back and  relaxed and roll your head slowly from one side to the other then stretch your chin down to your chest then slowly drop your head back and return slowly to a normal position.
Investigate some additional stretches or some yoga positions for the best possible start to your day.
