Ingredients

Flour 1kg

Sugar 250gm

Almond powder 500gm

Butter 250gm

Sliced almonds 250gm

Eggs 10 (for 1kg flour)

Chocolate chips

Pure vanilla essence

Baking powder

Corn flour

Procedure:

Break the eggs in a container. Add sugar and blend.

To this, add two teaspoons of vanilla essence, butter and continue to stir. Add the almond powder and the flour and keep stirring. Into this mixture, add the sliced almonds and chocolate chips.

Finally, add the baking powder and corn flour and stir the mixture thoroughly.

Keep the dough in the fridge for 24 hours (this is the most important part to produce the best cookies).

While preparing it, place the mixture on the baking tray at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
