NOT since the Sixties heyday of Beatlemania has the English city of Liverpool rocked so much.

Instead of the legendary 'Mersey-beat' today's Scousers are dancing to the tune of European Capital of Culture 2008.

And nothing personifies this buzzing city oozing economic growth and a contemporary lifestyle than the Unity complex.

A landmark structure on Liverpool's skyline, the development consists of both residential and commercial space, situated in the heart of the business district.

Demand for properties in Liverpool is currently booming as young professionals in particular seek the ideal locale to jumpstart their career-driven lives, which makes Unity a target for many.

Well connected by road, rail, air and sea, Liverpool has historically been a major trading post. The John Lennon Airport, named in honour of Liverpool's (if not the world's) most famous musician, is located seven miles south of the city and offers regular flights to Europe and other UK destinations.

The rail links from Liverpool are also excellent and boast a journey time to London of less than three hours.

A local metro system unites and links the city and the Unity building is just a short walk from Moorsfields Station. It is also close to many of the celebrated cultural sites such as St George's Hall, as well as two cathedrals, a selection of art galleries including Tate Liverpool, theatres and museums.

There are thriving universities and even a school for performing arts set up by Lennon's Beatle partner Paul McCartney.

The city is also the home for two of the giants of the Premiership, namely Liverpool and Everton football clubs. On the sporting front too there is Aintree racecourse, home of the world famous Grand National.

Liverpool's nightlife is also a magnet for the urbanites who like to party as hard as they work. The city is full of fancy dining establishments, clubs and renowned hostelries.

Unity's luxurious two bedroom apartments come fully equipped. Comprised of about 829 sq ft, the open planned kitchen, living and dining area is laminated with wood strip flooring, the bedrooms are carpeted and the bathroom and ensuite tiled.

The kitchen comes with fully fitted cabinets, contrasting worktop and splashback. It is also equipped with Seimens integrated ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer, and the satin stainless steel handles and sink help create a modern look.

The spacious master bedroom includes a built-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with white contemporary fittings, porcelain basin and toilet, white bath and stone resin shower tray and Grohe thermostatic shower fittings, and the same goes for the family bathroom. The recessed lighting and white eggshell tones are continuous throughout the apartment.

Unity also boasts an amazing scenic view of the city at work during the day and people 'living it up' at night.

Liverpool is alive and well on the way of attracting even more fans and subsequent investment.
