Seaweed - 'nori' half sheet
Giant shrimps 2
Avocado one quarter fruit
Cream cheese
Rice
Sushi vinegar
Flying fish roe 'tobiko'
Preparation
Boil shrimps until they turn red.
Cook the rice separately for 15-20 minutes. Add the vinegar to the rice and let it cool as you stir it.
On the seaweed sheet, make a layer of rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Turn over the layer and apply cream cheese over the top.
Over this, place the shrimps and avocado. Place this over a bamboo sheet and roll it while holding the ingredients in firmly.
Once that is done, cut it into desirable number of pieces and serve it with sweet ginger and ground horse radish.
