February 8 Ithmaar Group Yalla Bahrain! F1 Racing with a star

A driver autograph session with last year's Formula One winner in Bahrain Felipe Massa will be held in Seef Mall, accompanied by an MC and DJ.

This event is designed to give the general public an opportunity to personally meet an F1 driver

In addition, the event this year will feature a playstation challenge inviting visitors to participate and compete against F1 driver times.

February 9

\Ithmaar Group Yalla Bahrain! F1 Football Fives

Five-a-side football tournament. Local businesses, schools, universities, social clubs and F1 personnel in teams of up to eight will compete.

Entrance is BD5 per player, BD1 for spectators of the F1 testing and the winning team will receive a trophy as well as a prize.

There will also be a children's entertainment area featuring amongst others, football freestyler Daniel Magness, stilt-walkers, giant games, and football tables for a table football. The timings are 9am to 6pm.

Acclaimed Bahraini artist Abbas Al Mosawi will direct a monumental Bahraini art challenge. Seventy model cars will be painted in five different locations by local schools, universities and BIC sponsors. Each location will be allocated a different theme including traditions of Bahrain.

Ithmaar Group Yalla Bahrain! F1 Extreme Stunts

Bahrain gets extreme! An exciting array of extreme and urban sports involving amazing displays of talent and adrenaline-fuelled audacity. This visual extravaganza will involve artists including break dancers, beat boxing competitions, skate boarders, BMX riders, DJ's, stunt bikes, drifting and more.

March 1 - March 14

Ithmaar Group Yalla Bahrain! F1 University Racing Challenge

Approximately 40 teams comprising up to eight members each will be involved in an epic soap-box derby, - race day on March 14. Participants will be required to construct a homemade, non-motorised go-cart in two weeks which will then be entered into a race involving all competitors. The winning creations will be judged on the following criteria: speed; creativity and showmanship. The event will be surrounded by an assortment of exciting attractions.

March 7

Ithmaar Group Yalla Bahrain! F1 Drive-in Movie night (4pm-10.30pm)

A popular movie will be shown which the public can view from the comfort of their car with sound coming in on a frequency provided by BIC.
