Gulf Weekly had the pleasure of viewing one of the lovely five bedroom villas on the island.
Surrounded by a landscaped garden, this spacious unit has a great view from the front as it does from the back, and a large sheltered double garage to solve those parking blues.
Upon entering the villa there is a guest bedroom/ study to your right with an ensuite bathroom. To your left is the large reception area that is also connected to the dining room. The rooms are filled with light radiating from the large windows and a sliding door in the dining area leads to the backyard.
Further down the hall there is another bathroom with a lovely vanity set and a laundry room with washer and dryer. That room also has an exit that leads to the backyard.
The open-plan kitchen is tastefully designed and is equipped with the latest in home appliances. The cozy kitchen is both roomy and homey connecting to the spacious second reception area at the end of the villa.
The second reception area offers lovely scenic views of the private pool, the garden and the clear blue sea. You can also exit to the backyard from the reception area.
A storage room can be found by the staircase that winds up to the second floor. As you venture up the stairs you see a large glass brick that adds to the modernity of the home.
The second floor offers a number of bedrooms. The master bedroom is extremely spacious with an elongated balcony, a walk-in closet and a roomy ensuite bathroom. All ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a tub and a corner shower.
The other three rooms are equal in size, featuring picturesque views from their private terraces, with built-in closets and ensuite bathrooms. All rooms in the villa are connected by central air conditioning except for the guest bedroom on the ground floor which has split a/c.
The villa is also technologically friendly with all the basic cable needs. Privacy and security is also not an issue within this tight community as there is 24/7 surveillance and maintenance if needed.
