Abraj Al Lulu, also known as 'The Pearl Towers,' is a freehold apartment development built in Bahrain's glittering Seef district.

The BD95 million project consists of three towers located next to the Lulu (Pearl) Roundabout and is one of the first and the largest freehold developments to be completed in July of this year.

The towers cover an area of 18,600 sqm (a vast 200,000 square feet) and were designed by a group of prestigious architects including Jafar Tukan, Cowi Al Moayed and Habib Mudara.

Its architecture alone reflects the young and trendy lifestyle that the towers have to offer.

Abraj Al Lulu is about 8km from Bahrain International Airport and a stone's throw from the Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH), the Al Futtain City Centre, and the other shopping malls in the Seef District.

The development consists of two 50-storey towers and one 40-storey tower packed with all the amenities you could possibly want and need. Between them, the three towers house over 860 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, 12 'Villas in the Sky' and a full contingent of sports and recreational facilities.

Abraj Al Lulu's three residential towers are named Gold Pearl Tower, Silver Pearl Tower and Black Pearl Tower.

There is a beautiful three bedroom apartment with sea view up for grabs in the Gold Pearl Tower, with a re-sale value of BD160,000.

The semi-furnished apartment is both spacious and functional, with elegant details and finishing to seal the deal.

Ceramic tiles line the hallway, while the living and dining area is laid out with parquet flooring.

The kitchen is open-plan with a breakfast bar and built in cabinets. The bedrooms are roomy and also boast a view of the sea and pool. There are ensuite bathrooms and built in closets in every room.

As for the amenities, the first floors of the towers feature an extra large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun deck with patio furniture.

There is also a toddler's pool with play area and equipment for children. For a healthy state of body and mind, residents can visit the towers' state-of-the-art health spa for ladies and gents. The attractive landscaped play area, rock garden and water falls, spread out over approximately 56,000 square feet.

The terraces and other floors of the towers consist of many activities to keep you occupied.

There is a barbecue kitchen with furniture and equipment on the open terrace and plenty of indoor recreations for the hot summer months.

There is a cinema lounge, billiard table, table tennis, darts board, and virtual reality sport games.

For the more active sport enthusiasts, the towers also houses squash courts with furniture and equipment for each tower on the ground floor.

Abraj Al Lulu is also equipped with the latest in technology with high-speed elevators, advanced safety system, electronic proxy card system, an internet cafŽ, and a conference room and business centre located on the ground floor.

The towers further make up their own little community by having a snack bar, guest Laundromat, restaurants, shopping and retail outlets, and a four-storey car park with room to accommodate over 1,100 cars.

In the center of the city and the center of the action, Abraj Al Lulu is luxury development where residents can enjoy the best of Bahrain.
