Beef roll with halloumi cheese

Ingredients: Beef tenderloin - 160 gms

Hallomi cheese - 60 gms

Black pepper - for taste

Salt - for taste

Cumin powder - one tsp

Mushrooms - 60gms

Tomato Salsa:

Fine chopped onions

Diced tomatoes

Olive oil 3 tbsp

Hint of Chili

Local basil

Method:

Tomato salsa:

Mix the diced tomatoes, chopped onions, olive oil and chilies.

Marinate the beef with salt, pepper and cumin and make a roll out of it. With hallomi cheese, wrap the mixture into a roll and tie it with a thread. Pan fry the rolls.

Remove the thread and garnish with the tomato salsa. Separately in a pan, sautŽ the mushrooms in some cooking oil with a touch of basil leaves. Place some of this mixture on the plate with the beef roll and serve with rice.
