THE Lulu Tourism Company, developers of Reef Island, recently launched the opening of a massive marketing tent to promote sales within the project.
Inside is a motorised state-of-the-art model offering visitors a better idea of what the island will look like once completed.
Elias Karaan, general manager of Lulu Tourism, said: 'The model, which covers an area of 2045 square feet, is a reduced scale replica of Reef Island.
'It allows interested buyers to view every detail of the project's architectural superiority and the distinctive designs that lend to the island its uniqueness.'
The $1.3 billion project is considered to being one of the most prestigious real estate developments in the kingdom and promises tenants a luxurious lifestyle.
Reef Island is located on the northern shores of Manama and comprises 39 residential buildings, 65 villas, 49 beach villas, a five-star hotel as well as vibrant parks, ponds and open green spaces. The tent is close to the construction area.
It will also have its own private Marina & Yacht Club, Spa Village, an aquarium, a medical centre, shopping mall and a multi-function exhibition centre, as well as a five star 300-room hotel with 42 serviced apartments, restaurants, gym and shopping arcades.
