Al Hamra Palace at the Delmon International Hotel is inviting diners to experience an authentic Lebanese eating out experience with its special Friday family brunch.
The hotel's chef Ahmed Sheaito and his team promise a sumptuous spread embellished with original ingredients to capture the true essence of the country.
Executives have been scanning old recipe books to create a contemporary menu and Chef Ahmed said: "Each dish waves its own individual magic."
To compliment the fine food the hotel will also be offering live entertainment.
Lunch will be served from noon to 3pm and dinner is from 7pm to midnight.
The hotel also offers a take away 'Bring Home Al Hamra' service from noon to midnight.
