Bahraini real estate investment firm RealCAPITA has awarded Mohammed Jalal & Sons (JGIC Construction) a BD4million construction contract for the 25 storey tower, RealVIEWS.
The $20million RealVIEWS project is located at Al Fateh Corniche in the heart of Manama.
The tower consists of 58 residential units, containing one, two and three bedroom apartments and deluxe apartments which will be fitted with ultra-modern decor.
Chief executive of RealCAPITA, Mohammed Al Tawash, said: "We are delighted to have Mohammed Jalal & Sons on board with the RealCAPITA group; the company has been selected based on its extensive experience.
"Through RealVIEWS we are looking to create a new lifestyle environment for residential life in the Al Fateh Corniche which is considered a vital commercial area in the capital city."
The tower is within close proximity to shopping centres, markets and a number of restaurants. A unique sea view swimming pool is located on the 12th floor, in the middle of the tower, in addition to an indoor swimming pool and health club amongst other facilities.
Mohammed Dhaif, chief development officer at RealCAPITA added: "The co-operation between RealCAPITA and JGIC is the beginning of a strategic partnership. JGIC has completed several industrial, commercial and residential projects in Bahrain as well as other countries such as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Cyprus and Greece amongst others."
