Wednesday (Oct 15) Film - Emotional Arithmetic on Super Movies at 9pm. Emotional Arithmetic is a story of redemption, healing and reconciliation ignited by the re-union of three survivors of Drancy, the Second World War internment camp just outside Paris. In 1945, Jakob Bronski, a young dissident held at Drancy, takes two children, Melanie and Christopher, under his charge. Forty years later Melanie discovers that a now elderly Jakob, whom she believed had been taken from Drancy to Auschwitz and killed, is still alive.

Picking up where The Princess Diaries ended, Mia (Anne Hathaway) is ready to assume her role as Princess of Genovia. But no sooner has she moved into the Royal Palace with her grandmother, Queen Clarisse (Julie Andrews), than she learns her days as a princess are numbered. Very soon, she will be crowned the Queen. But there's only one hitch: Genovian law states that princesses must be married before being crowned.

Two best girlfriends living in London suddenly find themselves battling wits with seasoned criminals when they decide to blackmail the culprits of a bank heist in their neighbourhood rather than reporting the crime to the police. Refusing to give up the demanded $2 million, the leaders of the gang decide to start playing dirty, threatening violence and sending counterfeit money in an effort to throw the two off course.

TUESDAY (Oct 21)

Documentary - Battle 360 Jaws of the Enemy on The History Channel at 8.30pm.

In the summer of 1942, the American Navy is on the offensive and the first strike is in the Solomon Islands, north of Australia. USS Enterprise supports the first American invasion of the Second World War as US Marines storm ashore at Guadalcanal. The Japanese strike back with a vengeance and in a hellish slugfest the Enterprise suffers her worst battle damage yet.
