Bahrain's premier VIP chauffeur company, Limousina, has tied up with UK-based Traveltec, a member of TEC International Services Management Group, to extend the luxury formula for its executive clients.
The contract was signed between Isa Salman Aldoseri, chairman of Limousina and Ejaz Nowas, vice-president and CEO of TEC International Services Management Group at Limousina's new offices next to Bahrain Airport Services in Muharraq.
Mr Aldoseri said: "Limousina isn't a car rental company. We aim at providing exclusive services to VVIP clients.
"By signing a deal with Traveltec we will be able to help widen Bahrain's reach beyond the Middle East by attracting more visitors from around the world ... also benefiting the island's economy. I feel Bahrain is soon set to be the financial district in the Middle East."
Limousina was started in April this year offering premium travellers the chance to ride in style, class, comfort and luxury.
George Kuriakose, sales and marketing manager of Limousina, said: "The first-hand feedback on our service offered at the Ferrari event in BIC, where we served 21 guests, was excellent it was really challenging for our team. We have signed up with the Renault team for April 2009."
Mr Aldoseri added: "We have a lot of things to still do and haven't reached our objectives yet. We are taking our growth step by step."
Limousina has a fleet of 21 Lexus cars and four SUVs chauffeur driven by professionally trained Bahraini drivers.
