Film - Terminator 2: Judgement Day on Star Movies at 8.30pm.

An oldie but a goodie! A decade after Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) destroyed the original Terminator, a second unstoppable killing machine (Arnold Schwarzenegger) arrives from the post-apocalyptic year 2029. But this time his mission is to stop an even deadlier Terminator, the T-1000, made entirely of shape-shifting liquid metal and determined to kill young John Connor (Edward Furlong), the future leader of the human resistance.

FRIDAY (Oct 31)

Film - Scary Movie on Star Movies at 8.30pm.

No movie is safe when director David Zucker takes aim for Scary Movie 4, the latest instalment in the popular horror-humour series. Anna Faris reprises her role as Cindy Campbell, the eternally unlucky and hilariously clumsy heroine. In a dead-on parody of The Grudge, Campbell is assigned as full-time nurse to a mysterious old lady in a house haunted by the ghost of a small boy. The movie also takes pot-shots at War of the Worlds as next door neighbour Tom Ryan, a divorced dock worker, has to protect his kids from an alien invasion.

Jack Powell appears to be an average, middle-aged 40- year-old man - who plays with G.I. Joe and wears Power Ranger pyjamas - but Jack is only 10-years-old. He suffers from a genetic disorder that causes him to physically age four times faster than a normal person. Fearing ridicule from the outside world, Jack's parents have kept him secluded in their home. Now he's about to embark on the greatest adventure of his unusual life - he's about to enter the fifth grade.

Jimmy Livingston has had all the same experiences as other kids growing up... except that he lives in a bubble! Jimmy is quite content to spend his life in this manufactured world created by his well-intentioned mother until he meets Chloe, the girl next door. When he discovers that she's about to be married, Jimmy builds a mobile 'bubble suit' and sets off across the country to confess his love for her. As he races against time, Jimmy also fights for independence from his overprotective parents, who are determined to bring Jimmy back to his bubble room.

Hal Larsen is the ultimate shallow guy. He finds beauty only in supermodels and centrefolds. The first thing he looks for in a woman is, well, looks. Hal won't even consider dating someone with a less-than-perfect body. After an impromptu hypnosis by self-help guru Tony Robbins, Hal's view of women makes a 180-degree turn: he now sees their true inner beauty. Enter Rosemary, an overweight Peace Corps volunteer. Hal, in his hypnotised state, is instantly smitten and an idyllic romance begins. When the spell is broken, Hal must learn one of life's most important lessons.
