Dear Stan,I appreciate the need for the Love Bahrain Litter Free campaign and hope this is not just more lip service.
This little island is badly in need of a good clean-up to make it the pleasant and pretty place it once was.
We are also very much in need of recycling facilities so we do not have to send all the rubbish we produce to landfill, which is just simply not sustainable.
I hope to read about more initiatives linked with this campaign in GulfWeekly and hope you will soon be bringing us news what's happening on the recycling front too.

Dear Stan,
I loved your coverage of the new multi-sensory room at the Children's Academy in Hamala.
I've seen this sort of resource used to great effect in the UK where the bright colours seem to stimulate these special children who can, at times, seem locked in a world of their own.
Let's hope we can see something similar available for children in the public system before too long.
Jane Thomas,
Adliya.
Dear Stan,
I loved the story about the launch of Bahrain Fashion Week. I went to the launch event in December last year which was very interesting so I wish the organisers the very best of luck.
And it's great to see home-grown snapper Belinda Kamshuka putting her international talents to good use in the kingdom.
Sarah Davies,
Saar.
