Le Reef, the $100 million real estate venture located on Reef Island will have its official launch and open house for investors and home buyers at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel from 10am until 5pm on May 23.
Property seekers will be able to view models of the constructed phases of the project and meet Landmark Bahrain's professional sales team to discuss attractive payment packages.
Le Reef, developed by Ahad Holdings a sister company of Manama Textile Group, is located directly by the sea in the Seef area with scenic landscapes.
The freehold development consists of two (West and East) 10-storey towers with a total of 142 apartments and two exclusive penthouses.
Residents will become part of a gated community and enjoy the many recreational amenities and state-of-the-art facilities on the island such as a five-star hotel, marina and yacht club, an aquarium, seafront swimming pool, hi-tech gym, coffee shop, shopping mall and a multi-function exhibition center.
