Gosford Park is the magnificent country estate to which Sir William McCordle (Michael Gambon) and his wife, Lady Sylvia (Kristin Scott Thomas), gather relatives and friends for a weekend shooting party. As the guests assemble in the gilded drawing rooms above, their personal maids and valets swell the ranks of the house servants in the teeming kitchens and corridors below-stairs. But all is not as it seems: neither amongst the bejewelled guests, nor in the stark work stations where the servants labour.

Meanwhile, she wages a bitter feud with the next-door neighbour over carefully concealed secrets that threaten to tear the family apart.

Little Voice, or LV (Jane Horrocks), is a shy, mousy woman living with her overbearing mother Mari. LV has rarely left the house since her father's death and spends her time singing along to his favourite songs in his record collection. Her talent for emulating the singing voices of Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe and Shirley Bassey are soon discovered by her mother's boyfriend, a small-time showbiz agent (Michael Caine). Their attempts to propel her to stardom are at first successful when the local town gets to see her perform. However, LV is soon wise to their selfish intentions.

Documentary - Air Crash Investigation: Crash Course on NGC at 8pm
November 12, 1996 - Shortly after take off from New Delhi, Saudia Flight 763 levels off at 14,000 feet. As the crew waits for clearance to climb to cruising altitude, the plane is hit by a Kazakhstan Airlines jet. The collision cripples both planes. They spiral violently to the ground, killing all 349 people on board. It is the worst mid-air collision in aviation history. The two wreckage fields are five miles apart. As investigators comb through the charred debris for evidence, they try and answer troubling questions.
