Ford Middle East recognised the parts and service teams at Almoayyed Motors, the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury importer-dealer in Bahrain, for achieving 100 per cent certification for all its 'parts' and 'service' managers.
The dealership also recorded 100 per cent certification across retail sales operations.
Venkatesh Goud, general manager of Almoayyed Motors, said: "These achievements reflect the hard work of our team, their commitment to excellence in customer service and efforts in providing the best ownership experience of a Ford, Lincoln or Mercury vehicle. This is something we can all be proud of and it drives us to go further in setting new milestones in our customer satisfaction efforts."
The 'parts' team was also rewarded for their achievements in selling more original Ford and MotorCraft spare parts, exceeding their objectives by 60 per cent.
Chris Noel, Ford Middle East's Regional Customer Services director, said: "We congratulate the team at Almoayyed Motors for their achievements. It is because of their constant efforts and passion that we have established high levels of customer satisfaction and a great reputation in Bahrain."
Ford also recognised Almoayyed Motors' 'parts' manager, Mario D'costa, with the '2008 Parts Purchase Objective' trophy for achieving 173 per cent over the target set for 2008. Mr D'costa also won the trophy for '2008 Outstanding Parts Marketing Efforts' by running 14 parts marketing campaigns.
"With the support of Ford Motor Company and through internationally recognised training programmes, we are working to bring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality in our processes, products and services," added Mr Goud.
"We now have an excellent lineup of world class award winning products across the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury brands that are setting the industry trend globally. And with the after sales support that our team provides, our Bahrain customers know that they have the peace of mind of Ford certified personnel."
