The Foot Care Centre at the Country Mall on Budaiya Highway provides the island's residents with a solution that will do justice to the heels as well as other parts of the body.
The first-floor store boasts a foot pedometer, one of the first in Bahrain, where customers can find an ideal insole.
Choosing the correct sole is important for people to avoid future body aches, bone and heel pains, Foot Care Centre Staff explained.
"Ever since we opened in March, we have had many customers coming in to get their feet pressure points checked before making a purchase.
"The machine clearly explains where the most pressure in the feet is given and we are able to provide insole for them accordingly.
"There are four categories of shoe types including casual, dress, athletic and walking."
The shop sells all types of comfortable shoes and foot accessories for men, women, teenagers and children, mostly from Dr Scholl, experts in foot health and comfort since 1904 and Aetrex, an American international company that provides customers with a wide variety of footwear, socks and insoles.
The diabetic socks and shoes by Sigvaris are also an added feature at the store and can be particularly helpful for those who suffer from the condition.
Within a month's time, the centre will also introduce a selection of foot treatments for customers including massages and pedicures.
The store is currently running a special promotion until September 1 offering a sale on a wide range of items.
