Wednesday (Oct 7) Series - Dollhouse on America Plus at 8pm. Arguably one of the most anticipated series this year ... Dollhouse. A sexy series concerning a highly-illegal, underground organisation that caters to the wealthy, powerful, and connected by leasing out 'Actives', people whose personalities have been wiped clean so they can serve whatever purpose the client demands - a lover, a best friend, a corporate negotiator, or even an assassin.

THURSDAY (Oct 8)

Film - Doctor Dolittle 2 on Fox Movies at 11pm.

The continuing tale of the doctor who can talk to the animals. This time, it's Dolittle (Eddie Murphy) versus Darwin when the animals launch a labour strike to protect their forest from unscrupulous human developers. Dolittle quickly comes up with a plan: populate the forest with a species of animal that the law protects. He finds a perfect candidate in Ava, a lone Pacific Western bear. To provide her with a mate, Dolittle turns to Archie, a circus performing bear. Can Dolittle play matchmaker to these two?

FRIDAY (Oct 9)

Documentary - Is it Real? Stigmata on NGC at 4.30pm.

It is a religious mystery that continues to captivate the imagination, stigmata wounds that duplicate those that Christ endured at his crucifixion. The Catholic Church has beatified or canonised some stigmata. Are these wounds really gifts from God? Or is it more likely they are self-inflicted? Some theologians who have studied the stigmata phenomenon weave a compelling argument that these wounds are real. However, it is well established that many stigmata were engaging in trickery. Sceptics and magicians show how easy it would be to fake your own stigmata.

SATURDAY (Oct 10)

Film - Formula 51 on Fox Movies at 11pm.

Samuel L Jackson is Elmo McElroy, a kilt-wearing, golf club-wielding Los Angeles native who has invented an illegal drug formula that he hopes will provide him with a last major score of $20 million before he retires from a life of crime. He travels to Liverpool, England, where he hopes to find a buyer for his creation among the denizens of the city's rave scene, but his plans go awry when those who are in on the deal start turning up dead. Elmo's only protector is a chain-smoking, Yank-hating local hood named Felix De Souza, who reluctantly partners with the violence-prone American to finish the deal and cash in, sparking a gang war.

SUNDAY (Oct 11)

Film - Remember The Titans on Fox Movies at 11pm.

Remember the Titans tells the remarkable, inspiring true story of a Virginia town torn apart by racial prejudice - and the two men who put it back together. The year is 1971, and young black newcomer Herman Boone (Denzel Washington) is hired as the head football coach at the town's high school - usurping the spot that would have gone to Bill Yoast, a white man with a winning record. As America struggles through racial integration, these two men slowly overcome their distrust and learn to respect one another.

MONDAY (Oct 12)

Film - Green Card on Star Movies at 8.30pm.

In order to retain her beautiful rent-controlled Manhattan apartment, a socially-conscious American woman (Andy MacDowell) has to be married. In desperation, she decides to marry a burly French composer (Gerard Depardieu), who happily obliges since he is eager to earn a green card to live in America. After they tie the knot, the couple agrees to go their separate ways. But when immigration agents begin to investigate the pair, they are forced to put up a charade to convince the authorities that they are truly in love.

TUESDAY (Oct 13)

Film - The 13th Warrior on Fox Movies at 9pm.

The story of Ibn Fahdlan (Antonio Banderas), an important emissary who is banished from his homeland. The nomadic outcast comes across a band of Norse warriors who coerce him into joining them when they are summoned to fight mysterious creatures legendary for consuming every living thing in their path. Eventually surrounded by the frightening and ferocious foe, Ibn must conquer his personal fears and help battle the illusive invaders - who emerge out of the shroud of fog in the black of the night.
