Forty-two drivers took part in the test-and-tune session hosted by Bahrain International Circuit for participants in the Bahrain National Drag Racing Championships, burning rubber in their cars and motorbikes at the newly-configured track of the award-winning 'Home of Motorsport in the Middle East'.
The tests were held to help the participants get ready for the second round of the 2009/2010 season, which will be held from November 24 to 26.
The sessions were organised by the Bahrain Motor Federation in co-operation with BIC.
The drivers came from all over the region to take part in the event. Most of the participants were from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and there was plenty of on-the-track action.
