The second Investing in Culture exhibition was launched yesterday at the Bahrain National Museum.

Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, Minister of Culture and Information, initiated the project in 2006 aiming to forge a partnership between the private sector and government institutions to financially and morally support the developmental projects adopted by the Sector of Culture and National Heritage.

The aim this year is to attract investors to invest in cultural projects, in addition to promoting cultural awareness in Bahrain among national and international audiences.

The display will occupy the main hall of the National Museum, where a very large satellite image of Bahrain will be laid over the floor, acting as a backdrop for a multimedia exhibition compromising three-dimensional models, large printed boards, leaflets, and image/video projections.
