A LEADING community campaigner will be meeting and greeting Filipinos at an afternoon dubbed as 'A dialogue with Ms Tina Monson Palma' on Friday at 3.30pm at the Inter Continental Regency Hotel's Versailles Restaurant.

She hopes to encourage more support for the 'little angels' under the care of Bantay Bata 163, a social welfare programme of the ABS-CBN Foundation which aims to protect disadvantaged and at-risk children through a nationwide network of social services. Among the services is the national emergency hotline 163, with offices in major cities in the Philippines, which allows people to call in and report incidences of child abuse, exploitation and neglect.
