Thursday (March 4)

A Ladies Spring Brunch will take place at villa no 2, gate 155 in Barbar. New collections from Ishkbibel showcasing exotic Indian clothing, jewellery and home decor, Desert Diamonds showcasing 18kt gold and sterling silver jewellery and Hello Habibi showcasing locally-themed stationary photography and ceramics will be on offer. The Bahrain Welsh Society is hosting a St David's Day Ball at the Awal Ballroom in the Gulf Hotel at 8pm. The event will feature Tom Jones tribute act, Danny Owen and a DJ. The Lost Paradise of Dilmun water theme park is re-opening today with a series of fun activities. From 11am to 6pm the 14 rides, slides and attractions will be available for everyone.

The park's popular dive-in movies will start on May 1 every Friday and Saturday. Ladies Nights will also begin in May, running every Thursday 6pm to midnight with a live female DJ.

Last day of art exhibition titled 'A chair and a painting' held at the Albareh art CafŽ. It showcases the work of nine international Arab artists from Iraq, Jordan, Soudan, Syria, Oman and Bahrain including Ahmed Al Bahrani, Delair S. Sunday (March 7)

The Visions AWA 2010 Art Exhibition opens today at 7pm at the Arts Centre located next to the Bahrain Museum and the Cultural Hall in Manama. The exhibition will be open from tomorrow until March 13 from 9am to 1pm and from 5pm to 8pm and ladies morning on Tuesday from 9am to 1pm.

Monday (March 8)

Bahraini artist Waheeda Malullah will curate a visual project called 'Dikakeen' showcasing the works of 30 artists taken from 30 different locations within the Souq Al Manama until March 10 and showcased at the Al Riwaq Art Space from March 11 to 13.
