Over 500 Toastmasters from a total of 24 clubs around the island will come together at the Bahrain Toastmasters Annual Conference (BTAC-K) on April 16 at the Bahrain Society of Engineers in Juffair. The conference is spearheaded by Division K, which is part of District 79 (Middle East District as identified by Toastmasters International).
In line with the Toastmasters tradition, BTAC-K will feature contestants battling it out in four main categories - the Evaluation, Humorous, Table Topics and International Speech Contests.
The participants are existing champions from their own clubs and areas where they battle each other for the coveted title of BTAC -K Champion in each of the categories. The BTAC-K Champions will later go forward to the District Toastmasters Annual Conference (DTAC) which will be held in Kuwait from May 20 to 22. Pre-registration is required.
