Cemetery Junction is the latest movie written and directed by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant.

Set in the 70s in a small English town the film follows Freddie, a young man keen to break free of his working class roots. But his best mates Bruce and Snork aren't sure what to make of his aspirations.

Gervais has described Cemetery Junction as a 'love letter to England' and promises a celebration of youthful exuberance - calling the film England's Saturday Night Fever.

It also stars Ralph Fiennes, Emily Watson, Matthew Goode, Felicity Jones and, of course, Gervais himself.

Gervais and Merchant, who also worked together on TV hits The Office and Extras, co-wrote, co-produced and co-directed the film.
