THIS weekend's action at the Lost Paradise of Dilmun Water Park's 'Dive In Movies' extravaganza begins with Kangaroo Jack which will screened on Friday followed by Looney Tunes: Back in Action on Saturday.
An adventure comedy, Kangaroo Jack follows the misadventures of two friends from Brooklyn who are forced to deliver mob money to Australia. While taking pictures of a kangaroo, one of them places his jacket on it. When the wild kangaroo bounces off, they realise the mob money is in the jacket and are forced to give chase through the Outback.
In a land where cartoon characters and flesh-and-blood people work side by side, one little black duck lands in a big pot of trouble in this comedy, which brings the beloved Looney Tunes characters into the real world. Daffy Duck has grown tired of his status as Warner Bros' leading avian second fiddle and demands that if he can't be given equal billing with his rival Bugs Bunny, he wants to be released from his contract.
The popular 'Dive In' movies were launched last year for visitors to enjoy great family films while also experiencing the rides and picturesque environment.
The 7pm screenings are included in the entrance price of BD14 for adults and BD5 for children less than 1.2 metres tall. Visit www.LPODwaterpark.com for more details.
Next week it will be Dark Night and Troy.
