EBRAHIM K Kanoo staff members Abdulameer Darwish, HR and administration, Hani Salman, spare part division, Sajjad Hasan, Kanoo vehicle leasing, and Hussain Abbas, Toyota service division, are gaining experienced Down Under with Toyota Australia.

The company's training and development department has helped organise the programme, which will last three months and include field visits to different Toyota dealers to help shed more light on the latest customer service practices.

On their return, the team members can suggest new ideas and initiatives to the Bahrain dealership.
