WEDNESDAY (Dec 15) Series - Boardwalk Empire on America Plus at 9pm

From Martin Scorsese and Terence Winter comes an epic new gangster saga. In Atlantic City, 1920, when alcohol was outlawed, outlaws became kings. Steve Buscemi stars in the premiere of the HBO drama series set at the dawn of prohibition, charting the birth and rise of organised crime in 'the world's playground': Boardwalk Empire.

Parenthood is a one-hour drama inspired by the box office hit of the same name. This re-imagined and updated production follows the trials and tribulations of the very large, very colorful and imperfect Braverman family. Sarah Braverman is a financially strapped single mother trying to raise two teenaged kids, the bright but rebellious Amber, and sullen and sensitive Drew.

Film - Rachel Getting Married on Cinema City 9pm

When Kym returns to the Buchman family home for the wedding of her sister Rachel, she brings a long history of personal crisis and family conflict along with her. The wedding party's abundant cast of friends and relations have gathered for an idyllic weekend of feasting, music and love, but Kym with her black-comic one-liners and knack for bombshell drama is a catalyst for long-simmering tensions in the family dynamic.
